Agreement to Terms

By creating an account and using our copy trading platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of our copy trading services, including subscribing to trading strategies, executing copy trades, and managing your investment account.

Account Registration and Eligibility: To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that copy trading services are legal in your country of residence. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to update such information as necessary.

Copy Trading Services: Our platform enables you to subscribe to trading strategies managed by expert traders. When you subscribe to a strategy, your account will automatically execute trades based on the trader's actions, proportional to your subscription amount. You understand that all trading involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and the risks associated with copy trading.

Profit and Loss Allocation: Profits and losses from copied trades are allocated proportionally based on your subscription amount relative to the total subscription amount for the strategy. You acknowledge that you may experience losses, including the potential loss of your entire investment capital. The platform does not guarantee any returns or profits from copy trading activities.

Subscription Management: You may subscribe to or unsubscribe from trading strategies at any time through your account dashboard. However, unsubscribing from a strategy will not close your existing open positions that were created through that strategy. You remain responsible for managing these positions until they are closed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions if a trader's strategy is suspended or if we detect any suspicious activity.

Fees and Charges: Our platform may charge various fees including subscription fees, performance fees, and transaction fees as disclosed in our fee schedule. All fees are clearly displayed before you subscribe to a strategy. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the platform. Fees may be deducted from your account balance or from profits generated through copy trading.

Fund Deposits and Withdrawals: You may deposit funds into your account using approved payment methods. Withdrawal requests are processed according to our withdrawal policy and may be subject to verification procedures. We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity or if required by applicable laws or regulations. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are detailed in our deposits and withdrawals policy.

Platform Availability: While we strive to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses or missed trading opportunities resulting from platform unavailability.

Intellectual Property: All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and trading algorithms, is the property of our company or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment capital, arising from your use of our copy trading platform. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or regulatory authorities. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees and open positions.

Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using our services and close your account.
